Mio Landau in Landau in der Pfalz

We actually ordered from Mio very often. Last time the mushroom pizza was missing the mushrooms and one pizza was completely missing. So we called immediately that one of the guests is still without pizza. Answer from the "boss": "I'm not sending anyone to Insheim for a pizza now" (the next place, only 8 minutes, 5.9km). It hurt all the more that we gave a generous € 9.50 tip again, but this generosity - which is actually a matter of course - is not reciprocated by Mio to her guests. The others then had to share the food. We will not order any more. Too bad.

Very tasty food. And above all, super fast. Food was there before the drinks ... and that doesn't mean that the service was slow;) Again and again! Is definitely worth a visit

What a nice ambience! Vault and the bright and friendly furnishings. The menu is varied: lunch of the day, salads, pizza and pasta, yoghurt and ice cream cups. We were satisfied with the food. The service was great and above all attentive.

During my three visits, the service was always very unfriendly and sometimes cheeky. You always had to wait a very long time until you were served and the measures against Corona are not adhered to. The tables are normally positioned with far too little space and when the guests change, the tables are not disinfected. But the food was always good.

Very nice shop and delicious food. Unfortunately way too full and long waiting time until the drinks and the food came. Therefore from me only 4 stars in the overall rating. I give 5 stars for the food.

BREAKFAST from 9 a.m. Beautifully presented and very tasty. Can only be recommended :-) We waited a bit until breakfast came, but it was worth it. Unfortunately, nowhere on the Internet (neither Google nor on the website) you can read that it is open from 9 a.m. It's a shame. Got to the tip on the recommendation of a staff member. Thanks for that ;-)

It's actually delicious there. I will not visit the restaurant again. The service was bad for every single visit! You have to wait forever to be served, orders are wrongly accepted, the guests sometimes get their food with a big time difference, etc. The last visit was so annoying that we didn't go there anymore, although the food was always good.

We went to eat ice cream with 9 people in the afternoon and were so very satisfied with the friendly, courteous service staff that we stayed for dinner. The food and the staff were excellent and always attentive. The price-performance ratio was great. We can only recommend it and would love to come back.

So the organist is a real disaster. The food is also quite ok if you can order whatever food you want. Often you cannot order certain dishes that are on the menu. 🤷‍♂️

The location including the beer garden is optically great. The starter (antipasti for 2) was unfortunately "very dry", little olive oil, no balsamic vinegar over the mozzarella and the mashed potatoes wasn't seasoned. Unfortunately, there was no bread, but it was served when we asked. The main course (pizza) was very overloaded and totally carelessly topped. The dough is so extremely thin that it was so soggy and the topping just fell off. The tomato sauce was very watery and not flavorful. The edge was very crispy, but partly badly burned. We would have got a new one, but we were told that it would come back exactly as it was because it's their recipe (Napoletan). We no longer come to eat, just drink cocktails, etc. We also find pizza for 11 € very expensive, as it wasn't particularly big. Service was friendly and attentive.

Quality of the food at best acceptable, freshness is only suggested with a couple of rocket leaves. Pizza dough is really good, the rest, accessible from the topping, mass-produced. Service friendly, but overwhelmed by the mass processing. I will not be back ...

Very large outdoor area, great in good weather. Very well organized despite the size. Outside there is a kind of lounge area where you can already have drinks and wait for a table in peace. A very good idea. The food is delicious and the service is consistently friendly. A real asset for Landau.

Breakfast on a sunny and very early morning. Still for the staff the day has only just started friendly faces. The fried eggs are very good. Above all, the green and tasty "decoration". The coffee could be improved. Perhaps the house should seek advice from an Italian barista.

Mega delicious food, very nice service of course sometimes you wait a little longer for your meal when it is full in the Mio! But you are very happy to accept that 👍🏼 you are not at a Schnell Restaurant !!! You're doing great, keep it up We've been there over 10 times!

We were here in the afternoon and are full of praise: the staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating, the orders came after a short time and it tasted excellent. The homemade lemonade (I had melon) was very refreshing and the salads were delicious too. A yogurt cup with strawberries made the grand finale. We would have loved to feed each other through the menu from top to bottom and from front to back. Since that is not physically possible, we will just come back. We give the Mio and its staff a straight 1.

My girlfriend and I just ate the sundae for two (Coppa Mio) there ... what we got was a simple sundae with 3 scoops of ice cream and some fruit! We had to pay 16 € in spite of the request and the admission of the waitress that it was very small! Ice cream was delicious and the staff friendly but by far the most expensive ice cream I've ever eaten! Pity!

We wanted to make a reservation over the phone and received information that this was not necessary. When we arrived as a couple at 8pm, all the tables were occupied. We were given the option to go to the lounge bar. Was then not necessary because a table became free. We were received very politely and brought to the table. Only after the first round of drinks there was no waitress for ages. We had to wave several times until someone came again. We also ate there. The salad and dressing were super fresh and delicious and the portions more than sufficient. The only thing to complain about is the inattentive service. It would be desirable if you were more careful and cleared the tables in between. Conclusion we had a nice evening with delicious food in the "garden"!

I liked the food, unfortunately it took far too long. My friends your pizzas lasted longer and were unfortunately very burned. But what you have to say waitresses were very friendly and as compensation there was 1 scoop of ice cream.

Very nice restaurant with a very nice ambience. Despite great encouragement, we still got a table on site. Very nice and friendly staff in all areas. Map well and clearly. I like that very much, if not too many dishes are offered. Something for every taste. The wine selection very good. Regional wines included. Especially the price is very fair. Pizzas are baked in a stone oven. Take the starter plate in advance. Very very tasty. Will be back soon. Greetings from Mannheim

Absolutely delicious ice cream, food definitely fine. A little higher in price but always good quality and fresh goods. Only the service has so far left a lot to be desired on all visits, one was often ignored or it takes a long time to be served. Here I see an absolute need to catch up with other locations in Landau.

Yeaterday i was there. Ordered spagethi they are come Cold and no taste as i like(carbonara). The salate olso i didnt like, inside is okay but the kitchen is so bad. Never come back MiO
